2024 RD Training

MOCARH is partnering with Joe Henry of Professional Compliance Solutions to provide four (4) RD Training Courses. The courses will be offered virtually, August 22 and August 23. You can register for any or all classes. The cost per course is $120; if you register for all four (4) classes the cost of $450. Zoom links will be provided after registration along with the training materials.

MOCARH will host a full day of in person training on NSPIRE provided by John Emery, U.S. Inspection Group.


The training will be held on August 27, 2024, at the 404 Tiger Meeting Rooms, 404 Tiger Lane, Columbia, Missouri. Training will begin at 9:00am with a box lunch served at Noon. Classes will finish at 4:30pm.

The training will provide an in-depth review of the NSPIRE protocol, thoroughly cover all defects related to the “Outside,” “Inside” and “Units.” Using hundreds of actual photographs, Mr. Emery will guide you on what to look for when inspecting every unit. This hands-on approach will ensure you gain practical knowledge and the skills necessary to identify and address all potential issues effectively.

  • Exclusive NSPRIE Inspection Guidebook The industry’s only NSPIRE Guidebook with point values for every defect. This convenient reference book is vital for comprehending the significant deviation from the UPCCS.

  • Numerous Handouts Including USIG exclusive NSPIRE Pre-REAC Priority Checklist and more.

Registration Fees
  • Member Groups of 5 or more: $295.00 each if registered by July 31, 2024.
  • Members: $320 each if registered by July 31, 2024.
  • Non-Members: $395 each if registered by July 31, 2024.
  • Registrations Received after July 31, 2024: $425 each.

Registration fees include training materials noted above and lunch.
