What is MOCARH?
Missouri Council for Affordable Rental Housing, MOCARH, is a non-profit trade organization dedicated to supporting the overall health and viability of affordable rental housing options to support the needs of local communities. Members include property owners, developers, management companies, site managers, non-profits, syndicators, accountants and companies that supply goods and services to the industry.
MOCARH provides education and training on government rules, regulations, resources and processes, in addition to significant discounts on products and services vital to the operation, management and maintenance of rental properties. Our goal is to help property owners, property management companies,site managers and site maintenance managers connect, communicate and share ideas to maximize resources, streamline operations, improve occupancy and serve their local communities with affordable housing solutions.
