The Missouri Council for Affordable Rental Housing (MOCARH) is a non-profit trade organization. Since 1985, MOCARH has served as Missouri's premier association for participants in the affordable housing profession. MOCARH's membership includes owners, developers, management companies, site managers, non-profits, syndicators, accountants and companies that supply goods and services to the industry. MOCARH's primary focus is to serve the management companies and site managers in Missouri's affordable housing industry by providing training, vendor savings, forms and remaining active with CARH on the National level.

We are thrilled to be in the process of lining up professional industry trainers for the 27th Annual Spring Training Meeting!
The meeting will again feature a one-day LIHTC training that will take place Wednesday, May 16, and it will then be followed by 1 1/2 days of information packed training and events.
